The product.
PlusGST is for GST-registered businesses where the owner or a small team raises the invoices: traders, manufacturers, agencies and consultants. Every sale, purchase and credit note is entered once, and that same record feeds the dashboard, the receivables and the returns.
The tax logic is the product. The CGST, SGST or IGST split is decided from the GST state codes on both sides, discounts apply before tax, totals round so the printed lines add up, and an issued invoice keeps its own copy of the business details, so it prints the same years later.
What we built.
The parts of PlusGST that people use every day.
- Invoices that do the maths
- Pick a customer and add items. Tax, numbering and the amount in words fill in while a live preview updates beside the form.
- Payments, TDS included
- Part payments with their history, TDS recorded with the payment, overdue tracking, ageing and a ledger for every client.
- Purchases and bill reading
- Supplier bills with the file attached, vendors matched by GSTIN, input credit totalled as you go, and bills read from a photo.
- Returns, ready to upload
- GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B as a CSV to review and as JSON for the GST offline tool, plus GSTR-2B reconciliation of purchase credit.
- More than invoicing
- Quotations that become invoices, credit and debit notes, recurring and export invoices, inventory alerts and a Tally export.
- Controls a business can trust
- Several GSTINs under one login, team roles from owner to viewer, two-step sign-in and an activity log nobody can edit.
“We wanted GST software an owner could use without calling their accountant. TechieNext got the tax rules right and still kept every screen simple.”
