Cloud & DevOps

Infrastructure that scales quietly and recovers by itself.

Cloud architecture, CI/CD and site reliability for teams that need to ship fast without waking up at 3am. AWS, Google Cloud and Firebase, all managed as code.

Infrastructure quietly becomes the bottleneck.

Manual deployments, surprise cloud bills and outages discovered by customers slow every team down and wear away trust.

  • Deployments are manual, slow and risky
  • Cloud costs grow faster than usage
  • Incidents are discovered by customers first

Everything as code, everything observable.

We define infrastructure in Terraform, automate every deploy through CI/CD, and instrument services so problems surface within minutes. Runbooks make recovery routine rather than heroic.

What we deliver.

The cloud & devops work we take on, from the first release to years of evolution.

Cloud architecture
Secure, scalable foundations on AWS, Google Cloud or Firebase.
Cloud migration
Moving workloads from servers or other clouds with minimal downtime.
CI/CD pipelines
Automated testing and deployment with preview environments for every change.
Containers & Kubernetes
Containerized services that scale with demand and recover on their own.
Observability & SRE
Metrics, logs, traces and alerts tied to service-level objectives.
Cost optimization
Right-sizing, reserved capacity and architecture changes that cut waste.

How we deliver.

Every engagement follows the same six steps, scaled to the size of the problem.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand the business, users and goals.

    1–3 weeks

  2. 02

    Define

    Architecture, strategy and product roadmap.

    1–2 weeks

  3. 03

    Design

    UX, UI and interaction systems.

    2–6 weeks

  4. 04

    Build

    Engineering, integrations and infrastructure.

    8–24 weeks

  5. 05

    Launch

    QA, deployment and analytics.

    1–2 weeks

  6. 06

    Scale

    Optimization, iteration and growth.

Questions, answered.

The things clients usually ask before we start. Anything else, just ask.

Ask us something else
AWS, Google Cloud or Azure?

We work mainly with AWS and Google Cloud, including Firebase. We recommend based on your team’s experience, your existing contracts and the services your product needs.

Can you reduce our cloud bill?

Usually, yes. A cost review typically finds idle resources, oversized instances and architecture choices that cost more than they should. We prioritize changes by savings and risk.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes. After launch we can run your infrastructure on a monthly retainer with agreed response times, or train your team to own it.

How do you handle security?

Least-privilege access, secrets management, encrypted data, patched dependencies and audit logging are part of the baseline, not an add-on.
