TechieNext (“TechieNext”, “we”, “us”) is a technology consulting company providing AI, cloud engineering and software development services. This policy covers the personal information we handle when you use this website.

We collect personal information only when you actively share it:

• Contact assistant (“Nova”): the topic you select, the project description you write, and the email address or phone number you provide so we can respond.
• Newsletter: the email address you submit to receive The Forward Brief.
• Job applications: your name, contact details, links and resume file when you apply through the careers page.
• Direct email: anything you choose to include when you write to us.

Very little. This website currently runs no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies. Your theme preference (light/dark) is stored in your browser’s local storage and never leaves your device. Our hosting provider may record standard technical logs (such as IP address and request time) to operate and secure the service.

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss your project.
• To send you the newsletter you subscribed to.
• To operate, secure and improve this website.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we don’t use it for third-party advertising.

Inquiries and newsletter signups are stored in Google Cloud Firestore (Firebase) in the asia-south1 (Mumbai) region, protected by security rules that prevent any public read access. Access is limited to the TechieNext team on a need-to-know basis. Google acts as our data processor — see Google’s privacy documentation for how they safeguard infrastructure.

• Project inquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
• Newsletter emails: until you unsubscribe — every issue includes an unsubscribe option, or just email us.
• Job applications and resumes: up to 12 months, so we can consider you for future roles — or deleted sooner on request.

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers that host our infrastructure (Google Cloud / Firebase), acting on our instructions.
• Authorities, if the law genuinely requires it.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we’ll act on your request within 30 days. If you’re in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection rights (such as the GDPR or India’s DPDP Act), those rights apply in full.

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

If we change how we handle your data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes to how we use newsletter data will be announced in the newsletter itself.
