Government Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has launched a new plan aimed at challenging Reliance Jio. This will benefit internet data. Under the new offer, BSNL’s postpaid customers will be able to gain additional data in the current plan.

BSNL’s Customer Service Center official said that existing postpaid customers with valid plans will be given additional data on their own. They will not need to do anything else.

According to the new postpaid plan, the BSNL customers who have opted for the Rs. 99 plan will get 250 MB data now. Earlier, no data was given to these customers. Similarly, customers who choose Plan 225 will now get 1 GB data instead of 200 MB. Plan 325 will now be given 2 GB of data instead of 250 MB. Customers who choose Plan 525 and 725 will now find 3 GB (first 500 MB) and 5 GB (first 1 GB) data respectively. BSNL officials also confirmed that customers who choose a plan for 799, 1125 and Rs 1525 will get no additional data. They will continue to get 10 GB, 20 GB and 30 GB data, respectively.

BSNL’s web page says, “Promotional data offer will be effective from July 1.” Note that customers receiving additional data will not get any free calls, text, or other benefits.

Earlier, BSNL had introduced the new plan Sixer 666 related to voice and data. BSNL’s new BSNL Sixer 666 plan comes with the convenience of unlimited voice calls. Prepaid customers can make unlimited voice calls to any number. Apart from this, 2 GB data will be used every day, the validity of this pack is 60 days. In this way, the customer will find total 120 GB data. The company has also introduced Chowka 444, in which the customer gets 360 GB data.
