First of all, on the basis of GST, where 15% tax was levied, 18% would be taxed. That is, postpaid and pre-paid users will be given three 3 percent tax. That is, you get only Rs 82 on the recharge of 100 rupees.
According to the current tax rate, if you are a postpaid user and so far the bill of 500 rupees came, then now you will get 18 percent tax of Rs 590. Talking about pre-paid users, if you recharge the top up voucher of Rs 100 then you will get only Rs 82, whereas before GST can be applied you get 85 rupees.
