In this scheme, Lava offers a 2-year warranty on their major smartphones in its portfolio. This scheme is also applied on their all upcoming smartphones as well. Lava claims its 2-year warranty promise, it covers all major models and a wide range of smartphones. Lava is first Indian smartphone company which offers a 2-year warranty on smartphones.
Moving forward, Lava says that this offer is applied only on that smartphone which is purchased after 26 August. Lava adds that it has 1000 services centers across India. Lava says that the standard warranty of six months applied on accessories and 1-year warranty on the Touch panel of their smartphones.
