Micromax Bharat 5 Plus with 5000mAh battery goes official

After a long time, Micromax launches its Bharat 5 Plus in India. A few days earlier, Micromax teases this smartphone on the social media websites and now it’s officially visible on its website. It’s a low range budget smartphone as we all see its previous variant that is available for just Rs. 5,200 on both Amazon and Flipkart and also on local stores.

Micromax Bharat 5 Plus is just listed on its official website, we don’t know about its price and launch date as the company also didn’t announce anything for this device. Still, its specs can be measured from its website details and we are going to share this with you all.

Micromax Bharat 2 Plus Specifications

The Micromax Bharat 2 Plus sports a 5.2-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display with 2.5D curved glass. However, it’s a low range smartphone that’s why there is no 18:9 or bezel-less display which is trending these days. It is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek Processor (model number not specified yet), coupled with 2GB DDR3 RAM. The smartphone features an 8-megapixel rear camera sensor with LED Flash and 5-megapixel front sensor for selfies and video calling. The rear camera has features like Panorama, Time Lapse, Watermark, Beauty Mode, and Bokeh effect. Additionally, the selfie camera has a portrait mode and an 83.3-degree wide-angle lens.

It has inbuilt storage of 16GB that can be expanded by using microSD card (up to 64GB). In terms of connectivity, it has 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, FM radio, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. There is a 5000mAh battery under the hood, which claims to offer a standby time of 21 days.

The Micromax Bharat 5, with a similar 5000mAh battery, was launched in December 2017 at a price Rs. 5,555 this low-cost 4G smartphone is available at offline retailers. Micromax had also announced the Canvas infinity pro last month with an 18:9 display last month. It’s price and launch date will be available soon from Micromax, till then you can check these smartphones on Flipkart and Amazon.
